Tressa L. (Gage) Graham, 93, died October 8, 2000 at Kittitas Valley. Tressa was born on July 26, 1907 in Ellensburg to Robert F. and Buena (Riggs) Gage Sr.

A life-long resident, Tressa worked as a cab dispatcher for the city cab company in the 1940s and then as a police matron for city and county sheriff department for 22 years.

A member of the First United Methodist Church, Tressa loved to crochet, having made dozens of Afghans and a large number of Raggedy Ann dolls. She enjoyed gardening, particularly her roses and flowers, was an excellent cook and rode in the first Ellensburg Rodeo parade.

Tressa was preceded in death by her parents; son, John E. Mundy in 1968; sisters, Buena Robinson, Ethel Kinkade and Marian Gage; brothers, John Harrell and George Gage.

She is survived by daughter Eve Storlie of Ellensburg; brothers Clifford (Phyllis), Robert Jr. (Marceine), Seth (Enid) Gage, all of Ellensburg, and Fred Gage of Tonasket; sisters, Ester Vandegrifd of Sedro Wooley, Ellen Crawford of Kittitas and Betty Churchill of Steilacoom; grandchildren Cynthia (Sid) Eno and Jessica Eno and Foster family Kevin and Sheri Gentner, Nicole, Heather, and Ryan Mundy, and Kayla and Kyle Gentner numerous nieces and nephews; and daughter-in-law, Frances Mullins of Ellensburg.

A viewing is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to noon, October 11, at Steward and Williams. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., October 11, at IOOF Cemetery in Ellensburg.
