VIRGIL LEWIS FRAZEE was the son of Lewis Virgil and Fannie Levina Cooper Frazee of Greenup County, Kentucky.

His brothers and sisters were-

Olive Susan Frazee Rose 1901 – 1989
George Worthington Frazee 1906 – 1985

Virgil Lewis was united in marriage with Inez Adkins on September 22, 1928 in Wayne, West Virginia. They were the parents of four known daughters- Eldine Frazee, Janice Audrey Frazee, Olive Mae Frazee McKnight and Phyllis Jean Frazee.

1930 Census lists Virgil and his wife Inez living in Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia and he was working as a "Pipe Layer for a Gas Company."
