Services for Jack Dean Dortch, age 66, of Clarks, were held February 6th at the chapel of Riser and Son with Rev. Julius Russell and Dr. W. M. Causey officiating. Burial followed in the Fellowship Cemetery under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home.
Mr. Dortch died Februray 4th at Citizen's Medical Center after a short illness. He was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Etta Mae Dortch of Clarks; two sons, Jack E. Dortch of Grayson on Raymond L. Dortch of Bayminette, Ala.; three daughters, Mrs. Frances Sanders of Sterlington, Mrs. Barbara West of Clarks and Mrs. Edith West of Vicksburg, Mississippi; three sisters, Mrs. Lola Childers and Mrs. Verna Cosby, both of Monroe and Mrs. Carrie Caldwell of of Columbia; twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Nephews served as pallbearers.
