Pauline M Lewis, 84, of Troy, IL, died on March 7, 2007, at Faith Care Center, Highland, Illinois. She was born on October 8, 1922, in Matthews, MO, a daughter of Charles and Julia (Sutton) Schmerbauch. She married Roy "Shorty" Lewis on April 21, 1942. Pauline was a Triad bus driver for many years. She was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, Troy, St. Ann's Altar Society, Friends of the Library, Adult Fellowship of Friedens Church, Madison County Home Extension and Anderson Hospital Pink Ladies. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, and one son, Donald. Surviving are her son, Rick; three daughters Pat, Julie and Cathy; six brothers, Arthur, George, Robert, Erwin, Roy, and Jack; four sisters, Ella, Blanch, Viola and Dorothy; and 12 grandchildren.
