ARDYS EDWARD FORCE
Ardys Edward Force was born December 2, 1923 in Russell, Iowa to Guy E. and Nora E. (Hanks) Force. Bud as he was known to his family was called home to his Lord on July 19, 2010 in Tulsa, Okla.
He graduated from Russell High School in 1941 and then went one semester at Simpson College before joining the Army Air Corp. in 1942. He left the service after World War II ended. Later his work in the Postal Department took him to Chicago, Des Moines and Omaha. After various other jobs he decided to settle in Tulsa where he spent his last remaining years.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father, his siblings Irma and Wendell and a niece Peggy.
He is survived by brothers Paul (Alene), Donald (Frances) and three nephews, two nieces and several grand nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be announced and take place at a later date.
