Louis Kubik: Louis Kubik, 69 of 55 Van Deene Ave, West Springfield, died Wednesday in Medical Center of Western Massachusetts, Springfield. Born in West Springfield he lived 25 years in Springfield before returning to West Springfield in 1974. He worked 15 years as a security officer for Springfield Museum of Fine Arts until he retired this year. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a communicant of St. Ann's Church West Springfield. He was a member of American Legion Post 21 and of John J Leonard Post No. 70 of Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was the husband of the late Sylvia A. (Bellano) Kubik. The funeral will be Saturday at Curran Jones funeral home, with services in St. Ann's Church, both West Springfield. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery, West Springfield.
