Believed to have died in Elmwood, IL. He and his brother Solomon are credited with the creation of the Hale Haven Peach. Preferred to be called Frank.

Frank owned a stockyard in Hermon, sold out and moved to Elmwood, IL about 1917. He became president of the Union Stackyards in Peoria, IL until 1928. He broke his leg, "breaking a horse" and used a cane for the rest of his life.
