Elgard C. Ristow, 64, 132 Rosemary Lane, died yesterday at 1:40 a.m. at a local hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. at Grace United Church of Christ. The Rev. Armin Duchow will officiate and burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at Helke West Chapel after 2 p.m. Thursday.
Mr. Ristow was born May 26, 1903 in the town of Maine, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Ristow. He married the former Ruth Sanders on Aug. 29, 1923 in Illinois. Mr. Ristow was a pipe fitter and welder.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Roger, Garden Prairie, Ill.; a daughter, Mrs. Thomas Treu, 1930 King St.; five brothers, Daniel , 509 N. Mountain Road, William Jr. Merrill Route 5, Alex, Merrill, Alfred, 209 Callon St., and Hubert, Canada; four sisters, Mrs. Mathais Soukup, 609 N. Fifth Ave., Mrs. Emil Tesch, Town of Rib Mountain, Mrs. Harold O'Brian, Fifty Lakes, Minn., and Mrs. Adeline Ringstad, Outing, Minn. and seven grandchildren.
