Obituary:
Cass—Alice Ellen Cass 39, wife of C. A. Cass, 806 Fourth street southeast, died Thursday morning after several days’ illness with pneumonia. She had been receiving treatment at the Suburban hospital for several days but her condition was not considered critical until a few days ago.
Funeral services will be held Saturday from the Lemar chapel at 1 p.m. Interment will be made in the Bethany Lutheran cemetery at Graham.
Mrs. Cass’ maiden name was Alice E. Webster, and she was married to Mr. Cass three years ago, coming here from Graham, south of Tacoma. Besides her husband, she is survived by seven brothers and sisters and one half-sister.
