On Dec. 30, 1995, Evelyn Storhaug wrote the following: The 90th anniversary of Grandpa Leon and Grandma Tena Lewis will be 1997. They had six boys; Almer, Roy, Lloyd, Iner, Fred and Orville of which have all passed away. Just 3 girls still living. Myrtle Swaffield of Victoria, British Columbia, Anne Duncan of Denfield, Ontario, Themla and Clifford Falloon of Quesnel, British Columbia."

Tena and Leon lived in North Dakota for a couple years before going to Canada. Leon was a logger (a lumber business) and kept moving north ending up in Canada. Tena had the post office in her home and was paid a stipend by the Canadian government.
