Mrs. Barbara Prachejl was born in Fillmore county (sic), Nebraska, on he (sic) 16th day of May, 1875; died at Nelson July 11, 1926. She was married to Mr. Prachejl at Kanana, Kansas, April 10, 1894. Mr. Prachejl died June 14, 1918. She leaves three children: Willie, Edward and Mrs. Anna Hlavac of Lawrence; three sisters and two brothers, Agnes Janousek of Oberlin, Kansas; Mrs. Krizik of Jennings, Kansas; Mary Desar of Sunol, Nebr.; Anton Becwar of Exeter, Nebr.; Mike Becwar of Tobias, Nebr.; one grandchild, Rosa Hlavac of Lawrence. Deceased has been a resident near Nelson for a number of years. She resided four miles north and two west of Nelson at the time of her death.
