Velma was united in marriage to Wilson Fox on August 26, 1928 in Blytheville, Ark.
She was a member of the First Christian Church.
Mrs. Fox leaves 2 sons; G.W. Fox and Ronnie Fox of Caruthersville and 2 daugthers; Shirley Fox of Caruthersville and Peggy Fox Johnson of Piggott; 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, 1 brother, Willard Adams of Bernie, Mo.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Fox were held at 11:30 am, Monday, November 17, 2003 at the H.S. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Caruthersville. Burial was at the Little Prairie Cemetery in Caruthersville with H.S. Smith Funeral Home of Caruthersville in charge.
