Rosalie was born to Earl Eugene "Gene" and Betty D. Reed Crotz.

Rosalie was the owner of Cooler Tap for many years.

Survivors include her daughters, Renee (James) Woods and Julie (Wayne) Woods; stepson, Mike (Karen) Cleeton; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; siblings, Betty (Richard) Abbey, Wilton Bingo Crotz, Jim (Gail) Crotz, Kenny Crotz, Chuck Crotz, Marilyn (Wayne) Wilkins and Cheryl Brown; daughter-in-law, Lisa Davidson; and very special friend, Vito Ciaccio, with whom she enjoyed watching the Cardinals play.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Marshall Davidson; second husband, David Cleeton; and son, Mark J. Davidson.
