Daniel Franklin Henderson Jr., 70,of 2072 Comer Ave., Columbus, died Monday at The Medical Center.
A graveside service will be 4 p.m. Thursday in Parkhill Cemetery, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus.
Mr. Henderson was born April 1, 1916 in Houston County,Ala., son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Frank Henderson. He lived most his life in Columbus and was a retired self-employed carpenter.
Survivors include six daughters, Judy Davison, Polly Mitchell, Janie Daniel, Ellen Daniel, Arlene Clark and Marjorie Henderson, all of Columbus; four sons, Gene F. Henderson, Homer C. Henderson,Joseph P. Henderson and Billy R. Henderson all of Columbus; a sister, Allerie Jackson of Webb,Ala.;23 grandchildren.
