He was preceded in death by his mother, Lavada Rogers, who departed this life on December 28th, 1937; a brother, Preston Rogers, who departed this life on September 20th, 1928; and a brother, Addie May Rogers, who died in infancy on June 16th, 1927.
Burial was in the Rogers Cemetery in Berea, Kentucky.
