His first wife Fernie Croyle died in 1924 during childbirth; his 2nd wife Julia Edwards died in 1930 during childbirth (yes both) Surviving are one son, Ivan, and one daughter, Mrs. Frank Vogenberger, two brothers, Robert and Ira D., four sisters Mrs. Grace Higgenbotham, Mrs. Blanch Ruffner, Mrs. Mable Hooks, Mrs. Nora Croyle. Service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday from the Limestone Church of God in Adrian. Burial to follow in the church Cemetery, Adrian. McNaughton-McKinney Funeral Home in charge or arrangements.

He had been ill for a year and a half. Mr. Lasher, a PRR Section Worker by trade was born in Reesedale, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, the son of Jacob Lasher and Amanda Neale. He is survived by his wife Julia (Edwards) Lasher. Funeral arrangements were under the care of funeral director, Wayne E. McNaughton of East Brady, Pennsylvania.
