Jessie Lee Morgan, Broken Bow Okla., 89, a Galena native, died at 12:07 a.m. Sunday at McCurtain Memorial Hospital, Idabel, Okla.
Mrs. Morgan was born Feb. 12, 1906, in Galena. She had lived at Broken Bow off and on since 1950. She was a previous owner of Morgan Nursing Home and owner of the Gem Cafe, Broken Bow. She was a former dance instructor at Broken Bow and Idabel, and a past patron of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church, Broken Bow.
She married William R. Morgan on Oct. 7, 1950 at Ozark, Mo. He survives.
Also surviving is a son, Teddy R. Morgan, Broken Bow; and two grandchildren.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Norwood-Leonard Funeral Home, Broken Bow. Kathlynn Stone will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Galena.
Contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Broken Bow.
