Married.

At the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Corman, at high noon, Wednesday, July 26, Miss Kate Corman and Mr. Warren Joy, Rev. McVey, officiating.

After the ceremony, the wedded couple received the congratulations of the relatives and about thirty invited guests, after which they all sat down to a sumptuous dinner. Many useful presents were recieved (sic). In the evening a crowd gathered and after making all the noise possible, were invited in to spend the evening. A reception for the happy couple was given yesterday at the home of the groom's parents.

They leave today tor their home in Webster county (sic), where the groom is engaged in farming.

These young people have grown from childhood in this vicinity and have the esteem of the entire community. The News joins their many friends in wishing them abundent (sic) success and happiness in their married life. - Oak News.

wife, of Warren H. Joy died at her home three miles southeast of Oak, Thursday, Feb. 17th, about noon of urinac poison. Mrs. Joy had seemed as well as usual at breakfast time and when found at noon was dead.

Kate Corman Joy daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Corman was married to Warren H. Joy about five years ago. She was 26 years old at the time of her death and leaves a husband and two little children father and mother two brothers and five sisters to mourn her death.

Funeral services will held at the home Saturday morning at 11 o'clock conducted by Rev. J.P. McVey, interment in Oak Grove Cemetery.
