Pansy Pearl Nunamaker, daughter of John and Anna Corman, was born March 1, 1903, at Oak, Nebraska, and departed this life Saturday, June 9, 1984, at Bethesda Care Center in Edgar, Nebraska, at the age of 81 years, 3 months, and 9 days.

Pansy grew up in Oak, where she attended school. She was married to Fred Nunamaker at Hastings, Nebraska, and was a resident in Hastings for many years, coming to Edgar as a resident of Bethesda Care Center in 1980.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Hastings and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star of Fairbury. Pansy worked as a psychiatric technician and was a long time employee at the Hastings Regional Center, retiring 15 years ago.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Fred Nunamaker in 1963, her parents, three brothers and five sisters.

Surviving are her 17 nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 12, at 10 a.m. from the Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Edgar with Dr. Charles Carter officiating. Interment was in Oak Grove Cemetery, Oak, Nebraska.
