He was the grandson of Jefferson Simmons, Jr. and Sarah ISAACKS Simmons, along with paternal grandparents, James G.A. Duty and Littia Anna WHITLOCK Duty.
Baby Charles Dale Duty had a heart valve problem and died at the age of four months and seventeen days.
He was survived by his parents, grandmother Littia Anna Duty, and several siblings. My mother Audrey DUTY was his oldest sister.
He was greatly loved and missed by all.
