Jacomina 'Minnie' Knuijt was born 14 Nov 1874 in Ovezande, Zeeland, Netherlands. She was the second child of Marinus 'Martin' Knuijt and Johanna (nee De Jonge). She immigrated with her family, arriving in the port of New York 11 Jul 1881 and settling in Appleton ,Wisconsin.
Minnie married Francis 'Frank' Treiber 25 Jan 1893 and they had 6 children together.
Minnie passed away 29 Mar 1942 at the age of 67 and was laid to rest in St. Joseph Cemetery in Appleton.
