Robert Martin
Robert Jennings Martin, 65, of Winona, died at the Winona Manor Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. He was a member of the Church of Christ of Winona.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Grace B. Martin of Winona; two sons, Larry Martin of Winona and Billy Martin of Greenwood; three sisters, Mrs. Gertie Williams of Mobile, Al., Mrs. Grace Ware of Winona, and Mrs. Robbie M. Carpenter of McCarley; one brother, Mr. Milton A. Martin of Greenville; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at Oliver Chapel, Monday, June 22, with Mr. Dan Beardain conducting the service with Bro. David Pratt assisting. Burial was in Old Union Church of Christ in Carroll County with Oliver Funeral Home in charge.
Pallbearers were Charles Martin, Homer Martin, Milton Martin, Luther Owen, Claude Ware, and J. E. Woods.
