Roy McDaniel, 86, resident of the Sidney community, died at 11:25 o'clock Friday night, August 27, 1993 in Western Hills Nursing Home, Comanche.
Funeral services for Mr. McDaniel were held at 2:00 o'clock Sunday afternoon, August 29th in Comanche Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating was Minister Dan Flourney.
Burial was in Stag Creek Cemetery near Sidney.
Son of the late Alonzo and Sarah E. Chambers McDaniel, he was born October 20, 1906 in Comanche. He had been a lifelong resident of Comanche County. He was a mechanic for the Case Tractor Company.
Mr. McDaniel is survived by a son, Frankie McDaniel of Sidney; a daughter, Jo Ann Chamberlin in Flower Mound; a brother, Parker McDaniel of Gorman; a sister, Dora Jones of Comanche; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
