Mrs. Dessie Dyer, 54, died Tuesday at 4 p.m. in Elkhart after of an illness of some four weeks.
Services were planned for Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Elkhart Baptist Church, with Rev. D. D. Sumrall officiating. Burial was to be in Elkhart cemetery.
Surviving are two sons, John Monroe Walston of Houston and Marion F. Walston of the U.S. Army; two daughters, Mrs. Edward Willard of Palestine and Mrs. G. M. Moore of Elkhart; two brothers, Virge Howell and Emmett Howell, both of Elkhart; two sisters, Mrs. A. N. Glenn of Elkhart and Mrs. N. B. Fields of Elkhart; six grandchildren.
