FUNERAL RITES HELD ON SUNDAY FOR MRS. NIVA
Funeral services for Mrs. Levi Niva, 59, who died at her home in Centerville May 2, were held from the Phillips chapel Sunday. Mrs. Niva had been ill for several months.
She is survived by her husband, Levi Niva; one son, August Niva; three grandchildren, Ronald and Eugene Niva, and Margaret Tobin; two sisters, Ida Wiidanen and Matilda Ahola; five brothers, John, August, Elmer, Frank and Arthur Mattson, all of Centerville; and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Niva was born at Centerville June 19, 1881. She had resided in Centerville throughout her life. Funeral services were held in Goldendale Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Opal Wiidanen, pastor of the Centerville Church of Christ, conducted the services. Burial was in the Centerville Grange cemetery.
