Adam died on June 2, 1893 in Jefferson Co., KY at the age of 78. He is buried in the Herbert Family Cemetery on land that was once part of their farm. Their farm was located on present day Arnoldtown Road at Old Third Street Road.
Frances died on Sept. 13, 1906 in Jefferson Co., KY at the age of 82. She too, is buried in the Herbert Family Cemetery, next to her husband, Adam.
