CHAFFEE - Marcella M. Chaffee, 60, of 521 Eldon Drive, Lincoln, Nebr., died Wednesday, May 27, 1981, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in LIncoln of congestive heart failure.
She was born December 9, 1920, at Lincoln, the youngest daughter of Herbert and Stella Davis Chaffee. She grew up in the Hiawatha area and was a Hiawatha High School graduate.
Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Stella Chaffee of Lancaster Manor in Lincoln; five sisters, Mrs. Miraim [sic] Kowrack, Mrs. Alberta Geistlinger and Mrs. Thalia Cain, all of Lincoln, Nebr., Mrs. Elizabeth Schrader, Hiawatha and Mrs. Virginia Piper, Chariton, Iowa; 19 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday morning, May 30, at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will be in Lincoln Memorial Park in Lincoln, Nebr.
