Funeral services for First Class Private Ernest D. Galbreath, who was killed in an automobile accident east of McRae Sunday night were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 from the post chapel at Fort Benning.

The services were conducted by Lieutenant Luther W. Woodward, chaplain.

Private Galbreath is survived by his widow and three children.

Mrs. Galbreath will accompany the body from Fort Benning to Vidalia, Ga., home of the deceased where interment will take place.

The body was brought Monday from McRae here, where it remained in Hayes Funeral Home pending funeral arrangements.
