OBITUARY
MRS MARY B ENOS PIONEER RESIDENT OF VALLEY DIES FRIDAY
Mrs Mary B Enos, pioneer resident of the Santa Maria Valley and a native of San Luis Obispo, died yesterday in a local hospital after a long illness. She was 76 years old.
Mrs Enos, widow of the late Joseph Enos who died in 1927, was born December 4, 1876 in San Luis Obispo. She and her husband moved to the Oso Flaco area from San Luis Obispo in 1893, and in 1907 came to the present Enos ranch two miles south of Santa Maria on Nance Road.
Mrs Enos is survived by three sons, Joseph Enos of Santa Maira, and Henry and George Enos both of Los Angeles; three daughters, Lena, Mary and Margaret Enos, all of Santa maria, and Mrs Ida L Galentine of Arroyo Grande; three granddaughters, JoAnn, Diane and Doreen Enos all of Santa Maria' a brother, Frank J Barcellos of San Luis Obispo, and two sisters, Mrs. Jose Hinkle of Sacramento and Mrs. Fred D Meyer of San Jose.
Rosary will be recited at 9 p.m. Sunday in the Chapel of the Dudley Mortuary. Mass will be observed at 9 a.m Monday in St Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Thomas V Murphy officiating. Entombent will follow in Santa Maria Cemetery mausoleum.
Pallbearers will be Thomas Weldon, Frank Silva, Fred Shaeffer, Joe F Silva, George Nunes and A B Hanson.
Honorary Pallbearers will be William Tunnell, Carl Sorenson, Wilson Sorenson, Franklin Main, Ted Sorenson and Billy Tunnell.
