HENRY GLADHILL who has been in the employ of the W.M. Railroad Company for the last 25 years as an engineer, died at noon today from dropsy at his home, 807 West Washington Street, following an illness of four months. Mr Gladhill was about 55 years old. He had been confined to his bed for the past three months with the disease. Up till four months ago he had very seldom missed work.

He is survived by his widow; three sons, Charles, Harvey and William Gladhill; and a daughter, Mrs. Amanda Bretzler, all of this city.

He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen and of the Friendship Lodge of the Masons.

The funeral of HENRY E. GLADHILL was held at the Washington Square M.E. Church. Friendship Lodge A.F. and A.M., this city, had charge of the services. Interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
