William "Bill" Clayton Hamilton Sr., 75, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2016.

Memorial service is 2 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at White's Funeral Home Chapel, 101 N.E. 4th Ave., Mineral Wells.

William was born Jan. 3, 1941, to William Richard and Katherine Ethel Moore.

William graduated from MWSH and entered the U.S. Army served most of his time in Germany. Returning home he was married to Ora Jane Graves in 1964. They had 5 girls and 1 small boy...

He began his first job working for a small manufacturing company on South Main. After that he went to Work at Southern Airways and then he made a home for himself at Mepo Electra working there for around thirty years until they closed their doors.. Then he worked at Butler Manufacturing on the base for about ten years before retiring..

He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers Jimmy, John, George, Stepbrothers William and Harrold Hamilton and one sister Rosa Lee Hamilton Vigeon Gibson.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Ora Jane Graves Hamilton; daughters, Claissa, Connie and spouse, David Snider, Kay Hamilton, Katherine and spouse, Michael McQuen, and Carrie and spouse, Rob Tyner; son, William Jr. and spouse, Venus Hamilton; grandchildren, Stephen, Rachel, Andrew, Zachary, Harlie, Kale, Mikeal, Jude and Klayton; great-grandchild, Logan; sisters, Joyce Hendrick, Doris and spouse, Joe Holder, and Ruth Hamilton; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
