Swedish-American cabinet maker. After intending for his wife and baby daughter to join his older brother our west in the USA, he changed his mind after going there and began to travel back to Sweden but stayed on in New Jersey for the rest of his life. He built a family vacation cabin called "Solbacka" there. He became a shipyard boss in Camden.
