He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary in 1970, and one son, Albert in 1966.
Survivors include four daughters, Agnes Meis, Hays, Mrs. Dale (Ida) Kuhn, Portland, Ore., Mrs. Mary Staab, Wichita, and Mrs. Richard (Lucille) Davis, Great Bend; two sons, Fred and Gilbert, Hays; two half brothers, Nick and Bill Wasinger, Hays; 21 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Brock North Hill Chapel until time of service. There will be a parish wake service at 8 p.m. Friday (tonight) in Brock’s North Hill Chapel.

Anton and his sister Paulina (Rupp) Dreher were adopted by Frederick Meis and his wife Agnes, after his father died in 1890.
