My father's youngest brother. Sadly, I never had the opportunity to meet him. It would have been wonderful to have heard his stories and to get to know him. My mother has told me some of the many adventures Calvin and my father had while working at the lumber yard in Roseburg during the late 1950's, sounds like they were pretty rowdy but were very close to each other as they held their family members close.
Uncle Calvin's remains have been cremated according to the staff at Mountain View Chapel. Unsure if the family is planning a cemetery placement of his ashes at a later date.
