Edmund was born to George Albright and Charlotte Rogers in 1862. He was their fifth child and named for George's brother who died at the age of six.

Sadly, this Edmund Neville only lived 20 months. The cause of his death is listed as "cholera infantum". He was living in his grandparents home at 445 Garden St. (record on page 185).

His death date and burial in American Mechanics Cemetery are documented in the Philadelphia Death Certificate Index. Edmund was buried the Jacob Albright plot in Div F, Sec 2, Lot 24. The Albright family burial locations in this cemetery can still been seen in the original books.

In 1951, the cemetery was purchased by the Philadelphia Housing Authority for the purpose of building on the location. The remains in this cemetery were removed in 1951, and the Raymond Rosen Housing Project was built.

In August of 1951, Edmund Albright was re-interred in the Philadelphia Memorial Park in Division F, Section 2, Lot 24 with his grandparents family. The site is marked with a surface marker reading "ALBRIGHT".
