Marguerite Louise Budreau, 76, of Monticello, passed away at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at her residence.
She was born March 15, 1936 in Monon to the late Levi and Maggie (Brandenburg) Walters. She graduated from Monon High School in 1954.
Her marriage was to Lawrence George Budreau on April 12, 1958. He preceded her in death on October 2, 1989.
She lived in Fort Wayne for sixteen years, prior to moving back to Monon, where she retired from Monon Corp. after seventeen and a half years.
Marguerite enjoyed genealogy, crocheting, computers and word search puzzles.
Surviving are three daughters; Margaret "Peg" Million of Virginia, Marsha Budreau of Monticello and Melinda Keeton (husband: Mike) of Monon, two sons; Frank Budreau of Monon and Mick Budreau of Chicago, IL, a daughter-in-law, Reitha "Joey" Budreau of Lake Village, a son-in-law, Larry Ford of Wolcott and two sisters; Laura Griffin (husband: Lloyd) of Wolcott and Nellie Shide (husband: Fred) of Rensselaer.
Also surviving are seven grandchildren; Samantha Anthony, Kate Ford, Shervon Lakeburg, Glen Ford, Jeremy Million, Robert Keeton and Cameron Budreau and four great-grandchildren; Ashley Ford, Hailey Anthony, Trenton Ford and Coda Million.
She was preceded in death by two children; Debra Ford and David Budreau, five sisters and six brothers.
No services are being held. Clapper Family Funeral Home of Monon in charge of arrangements.
