COLUMBIA, Sept. 2 (Special) — Edward F. Humphryes [sic Humphries], 89, Port Arthur, Tex., who died there Wednesday, will be buried following services at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Riser and Son Funeral Home chapel here. Rev. Elton Reed will officiate. Burial will be in Welcome Home Cemetery.
Survivors include one son, Bennett Humphryes, Port Arthur; one half-brother, Nash Humphryes [sic Humphries]; one half-sister, Mrs. Nettie Monroe, Grayson; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The grandchildren will be pallbearers.
The remains will lie in state at the chapel here until time for services.
