Frieda Marie (Mankiller) Mullins, daughter of Charley and Clara Irene (Sitton) Mankiller, was born on July 1, 1938 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on Monday, July 8, 2013 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years and 7 months. Frieda was blessed with a large, loving family. She enjoyed the time she was able to spend with them. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Frieda worked for the Cherokee Nation Housing Authority as a Case Manager. She was a warm and loving person who will be fondly remembered. Preceding her in death was her father: Charley Mankiller, daughter: Laura Rackliff, great grandson: Victor Damien Rackliff, brothers: John, Robert and Richard Mankiller, sisters: Wilma Mankiller and brother-in-law: Bob Willingham. Funeral services were held at 10 am on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Roberts/Reed-Culver Chapel with Bro. Donald Robertson officiating. Interment followed at Echota Cemetery.
