Mildred was the daughter of Charles R. Harris and Alta E. Jones. She married Ephriam Johnson Feb 18, 1919. They were the parents of Stanley and a child who died in infancy.

Oct 18, 1935 - Humboldt Republican - Mrs. Ephraim Johnson of near Humboldt died at the Lutheran hospital in Fort Dodge Tuesday evening, Oct. 15, at 7:30. On Oct 10, she gave birth to a son who preceded her in death. Mrs. Johnson died of a heart attack.

Mrs Johnson was born Sept 14, 1901 and was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Charles Harris of Gilmore City. She and Mr Johnson were married Feb 18, 1919 at Emmetsburg.

Funeral services will be Friday morning at 11 o'clock at Springvale chapel with the Rev. Harry M. Burns conducting the ceremony. Burial will be in Union cemetery.

Mrs. Johnson leaves her husband; one son, Stanley, 14; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Harris; three brothers, Don of Algona, Harry and Chester of the home; four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Henry of Mankato, Minn., Mrs. Eva Nelson of Grantsburg, Wis., Mrs Edith Lewis of Fort Dodge, Mrs. Mary Beers of Badger; many other relatives.
