Doris W. Autrey, 88, of Belton, passed away Jan, 8, 2013, in Belton. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, January 11, 2013, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Restland Cemetery in Gatesville. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel.
Doris was born in Gatesville, Texas, to the late John Alexander and Martha Elizabeth (Manning) White. She married Claudis Autrey, on March 14, 1942, in Coryell County. She was a life time resident of central Texas and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 2006.
Survivors include sons, Charles Dean Autrey, of Belton, Billy Lee Autrey, of Moffat, and David Gene Autrey, of Morgan's Point Resort; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Doyle White, of Belton, and Barney White, of Temple; other relatives and many friends.
