MRS. MARY MILDRED ADKISSON, 60 years old, of Brandenburg, Kentucky, died Tuesday, Dec 27, 1977, at Woodhaven Medical Services of Louisville, Kentucky. She was born Feb 25, 1917, a daughter of  Paul Warren Allen and Mary Eleanor Allen. She is survived by 2 children, Mrs. Walter (Nina Faye) Davidson, Ekron, Kentucky, and Dennis Adkisson, Route 1, Brandenburg, Kentucky; 8 sisters, Mrs. Loretta Jupin, Mrs. Ruth Humphrey, and Mrs. Patsy Wine, all of Brandenburg; Mrs. Anna Rita Benham, Muldraugh; Mrs. Bonnie Jean Wardrip, Mrs. Rena Lou Humphrey, and Mrs. Marie Hardesty, all of Battletown; Mrs. Irene Hockman, Louisville, Kentucky; 3 brothers, James Allen and William Allen, of Wolf Creek; Alvin Allen, Louisville, Kentucky; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held 10:00 a.m. Friday, Dec 30th, from the Chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Phillip Bronk officiating. Interment was in the Raymond Cemetery, directed by the Hager Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Gary Brown, Robbie Dowell, Herbie Wardrip, Mike Brown, Kenneth Brown, and Bobby Allen.
