A kind word goes a long way. Due to the rudeness of others I have disabled messages on this page. We are all searching; there is no reason to be mean about sharing info.
1. All gravestone photos posted under this account are copyrighted by me. Please receive permission before posting on another site. Attribution to the photographer (me) is expected and should be given.
2. I am not a stickler about transferring memorials. As long as I am not related I usually honor requests. I do not "hoard" memorials and I ABHORE those who do so please feel free to ask.
3. Do NOT add memorials for those who are alive (see guidelines which state, in part, We do not encourage adding memorials for individuals who are still living.)
4. Do NOT create duplicate memorials (see guidlelines which state, in part, Before adding a memorial, you should search the cemetery to see if a record with that name has already been added. If you are adding a memorial for someone who does not have a physical grave or memorial marker in a cemetery (perhaps their ashes were scattered), please do a general search on Find A Grave (do not enter a location) to see if a memorial has already been created.
Pet Peeve: There is nothing I hate more then thinking a memorial has a picture of the deceased and when you click it it's a stupid death certificate! Death Certificates are not always accurate and I hate that certain contributors think it is necessary to add them!
