Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Zion Lutheran Church, Wilton. Rev. Garth Baker will officiate and burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Griffith Funeral Home after 3 p.m. today.
Amelia Grunder was born March 27, 1888, in Iowa, the daughter of John and Emilie Bolley (Amelia Bolly) Grunder.
She married A. J. Wacker June 3, 1920 at Wilton. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, the Ladies Aid, and the American Legion Auxiliary of Wilton, Post 584.
Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. Dale (Emily) Burr of Lone Tree, Mrs. Calvin (Marion) Schmidt of Tipton, and Mrs. George (Shirley) McClean of Moline; nine grandchildren and one great-granchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, five brothers and one sister.
