She graduated from high school in 1933, in Davenport, Neb. and on Oct. 19, 1944, she married Raymond Eugene Bailey, who survives.

During World War II at the Air Force Base Civil Service in Carlsbad, N.M., she went to Bombardier School and graduated Junior Propeller Mechanic.

After marriage, she lived with her navy husband in Hawthorne, Nev., until his discharge in 1946. They returned to Nebraska and farmed until 1954, and then moved to a farm in Missouri, where they continued to live.

She loved to garden and was known for her many pretty flowers. She deeply loved her family and spent many hours making her house a loving home. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
