Charlotte aka "Lottie" was the youngest of the three known daughters of George Frederick and Agnes Belle (Hulings) Stainbrook. She was born in Pennsylvania before her family moved to Illinois in 1854. In the 1850 census Fairfield Twp., Crawford Co., Pa.; Charlotte is recorded as 4 years old, brother Charles as a 2 year old. She doesn't appear in Illinois with her family in the census of 1860/1870. Lottie was presumably in Pennsylvania with a member of the Hulings or Stainbrook family. She was found after her marriage to Ira C. Fuller in the 1880/1900 census in Brookville, Jefferson Co., Pa.

Lottie's marriage on 25 December 1871 to Ira C. Fuller, a widower, took place at the home of her uncle, Marcus Hulings in Oil City, Venango Co., Pennsylvania. A Presbyterian minister officiated.

In 1880 the Fuller household was comprised of: Ira C., Lottie age 33, Joseph age 19, Ella age 14 and Marquis age 6. The two older children are from Ira's first marriage. Marquis, Lottie and Ira's son.

In 1900 Ira/Jan.1828, 72 years; Lottie/May 1848, 52 years. Her age and the year are not correct based on the census of her family in 1850. Others in the household are Lottie's mother, Agnes Stainbrook a widow age 84. And two of her brother, Lewis Frederick Stainbrook's children:Lottie/Oct. 1887 and Forrest/Sept. 1894.
