Mrs. Emma E. Harris

Mrs. Emma E. Harris, 69, of 621 Lincoln, died Sunday in a local hospital. No funeral arrangements have been made.

Mrs. Harris, a native of Ohio, was born at Pandora, October 11, 1869. She came to Kansas in 1882, settling at Valencia, to Topeka fifty years ago. She was a member of the Women's Relief corps.

Her survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Gertrude G. Keeler, of Oklahoma City, Okla., Mrs. Lulu L. Batman, of Dallas, Tex., and Mrs. Agatha A. Augerot, of Niagara Falls, N.Y.; four sons, Encil, of Oklahoma City; Paul, of Philadelphia, Pa.; William, of Los Angeles, and Frederick of Bakersfield, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Rose C. Longaker, of Long Beach, Calif.; three brothers, Dr. Otto Kiene of Concordia; F.A. Kiene of Kansas City, and A.L. Kiene, of Lawrence; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The body is at the Wall-Diffenderfer mortuary.
