Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3 p. m. in St. John's United Methodist Church, conducted by the Rev. John Rush. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mr. Boltin, parts manager with the Burton Trucking Equipment Co., was birth in Norway, the son of the late Walter H. and Gertrude Fogle Boltin. He was a member of St. John's Methodist Church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lorraine Frick Bolton; a daughter, Miss Nancy Lorraine Boltin; a son, Watson Ernest Boltin; three sisters, Mrs. J. W. Webb, Mrs. Lula Mae Garrick and Mrs. C. B. O'Brien, all of Norway; three brothers, W. R. Boltin of Orangeburg, M. M. Boltin and W. E. Boltin, both of Columbia; and a half-brother. Parker Robinson of Norway.
Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street Chapel, is in charge.
Pallbearers will be Lewis Ashford, Walter Gunter, Sonny Poole, Willis Brazel Sr., Herbert Geiger and Barry Burton.
