Services for William Earle Boltin, 70, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Denny Terrace Baptist Church, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Talbert-Shives Funeral Home. Mr. Boltin died Sunday, June 26, 1994. Born in Norway, he was a son of the late Walter Hilliard and Gertrude Fogle Boltin. He was a member of Denny Terrace Baptist Church where he was a former deacon and training union director. He was retired from the Columbia Post Office after 26 years of service. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Boyles Boltin; sons, Edwin Boltin of Panama City, Fla. and William Boltin of Buford, Ga.; a brother, Morris Boltin of Columbia; a sister, Juddie Lou Webb of Norway; and two grandchildren. © The State, Columbia, SC, 27 Jun 1994
