Obituary - Mrs. Grace Lane Avery, aged 91, of South Country Road, East Patchogue, died on Friday, May 20th at her home. She was born in Mattituck and had lived in East Patchogue 69 years. She was the wife of the late Charles W. Avery. She was a member of the Congregational Church of Patchogue. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, May 23rd, from her late residence with the Rev. Gerald E. Boyce, pastor of the Patchogue Congregational Church, officiating. Interment was in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Patchogue. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Irene A. MacRobbie of Patchogue, one son, Humphrey R. Avery of East Patchogue, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
