For Mrs. Edgar Smith
Funeral services were conducted Friday at the Arnaudville Catholic church for Mrs. Edgar Smith who died Wednesday night at her home near Arnaudville at the age of 67. Burial was in the Catholic cemetery at Arnaudville.
She was the former Tamelia Ann Smith.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband; five sons, John Alexander, Lucius, Henry and Albert Smith, all of Arnaudville, and Warrington Smith of Fort Worth, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Numa Lavergne, Opelousas,and Mrs. Lannet Guidry, Baton Rouge; four brothers, A. L. Smith of New Orleans, F. C. Smith of Opelousas, John Smith of Grand Coteau, Walter Smith of Washington: five sisters, Mrs. Willie deValcourt of Sunset, Miss Marie Smith, Mrs. James Fox & Mrs. Henry Richard of Grand Coteau and Sr. Estelle of Alton, IL. and 12 grandchildren
